Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids (E-PADS v2.0) from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and with up-to-date PRA registration for works to convert single-circuit (S/C) towers to double-circuit (D/C) towers on 132 kV lines. Bidding is on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis, single-stage single-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 (amended).
