Military Engineer Services (CMES Army), Pano Aqil Cantt invites pre-qualification applications from contractors/firms for issuance of tenders under PPRA Rules 33(1) of 2004. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with relevant experience and meeting required conditions.

Submission deadline for sealed tenders: 2026-10-23 till 11:30 hrs; tenders will be opened at 12:00 hrs on the same date. Tender documents and details can be obtained from the CMES (Army) Pano Aqil Cantt office on working days from 0900 to 1400 hrs.
Mandatory submission requirements include:
- Copy of enlistment letter
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) certificate in the specific discipline/category
- National Tax Number (NTN) with Active Filer status
- Professional Tax Certificate
Firms not enlisted with MES must submit a statement of previous experience detailing works executed during the last two years and works in hand (proforma provided). Contractors must certify they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from D&EE (E-in-C's Branch) is outstanding.
The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules. Tender documents are also available at www.ppra.org.pk.
