Tender for Supply of Daily Mess Items for 400 Cadets — Pakistan Steel Cadet College Karachi (Deadline 2026-10-28)

Pakistan Steel Cadet College (PSCCK), Steel Town, Karachi invites sealed quotations from suppliers registered with the Income Tax department for provision of daily nutritional requirements for about 400 cadets for up to two years.

Tender forms are available from the Bursar's office on submission of an application and payment of Rs. 200 (non‑refundable) from the date of publication until 2026-10-27 between 09:00 and 13:00 (except Sunday). The tender is on a single‑stage, one‑envelope basis.

Submission and bid opening: Submit sealed offers in person along with a separate pay order of Rs. 25,000 (separate for each item/contract) as security deposit in favor of "Pakistan Steel Cadet College" by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-28 to the office of the College Adjutant. Quotations will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-28 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Quotes must be inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for six months from the date of opening. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids; applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of Pakistan rules.
