- Only members appearing in the Register of Members on 2026-10-20 are entitled to attend and vote.
- A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy. A proxy form is provided with the notice and may be obtained from the Company’s registered office or downloaded from the company website.
- Proxy forms and any power of attorney or authority must be deposited at the Company’s registered office at least 48 hours before the meeting.
- Members should submit a copy of their CNIC along with name and folio number at the Registered Office when required.
- Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM via Zoom must register at least 48 hours before the meeting by providing Name, CNIC, Folio/CDC Account Number, Cell Number and Email ID.
