The Crescent Textile Mills Ltd — Notice of Annual General Meeting on 27 October 2026

The Crescent Textile Mills Limited has called its 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members to be held to transact ordinary business including receiving the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 and appointment/re-appointment of auditors.

Key instructions and deadlines:

Closure of share transfer books: The Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 2026-10-21 to 2026-10-27 (both days inclusive). Transfers received by the Share Registrar in order on 2026-10-20 will be considered in time for entitlement and voting at the AGM.

Participation in the AGM through electronic means: Members wishing to participate via electronic means must register with the Company Secretary by sending clear copies of both sides of their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and required details at least 48 hours before the AGM. Registered members will be provided login credentials to enable e-participation.

Proxy and attendance: A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy. Proxy forms must be stamped, signed and received at the Registered Office of the Company not later than 48 hours before the meeting and must be witnessed by two persons whose names, addresses and CNIC numbers shall be stated on the form.

Annual Report and financial statements: The Company has made the Annual Financial Statements and related documents available to members and by web link on the Company’s website: www.crescenttextile.com. Members may obtain a printed copy on request.

CNIC/IBAN for e-dividend and other requirements: Pursuant to applicable law, members are requested to provide/update their CNIC and bank account details including IBAN with the Company’s Share Registrar for payment of dividends directly into bank accounts.
