Important deadlines and instructions: Shareholders appearing on the register at close of business on 2026-10-21 will be eligible to attend the AGM. The share transfer books will remain closed from 2026-10-22 to 2026-10-28 (both days inclusive). Proxies must be submitted so as to reach the Company not less than 48 hours before the meeting. Members wishing to attend via the Company's video link facility should register by providing required documents (including CNIC and proxy/authority where applicable) by 2026-10-21 via email to [email protected].
Annual and financial reports are available on the Company's website: https://udl.com.pk/Annual_Reports.html and www.udl.com.pk. Shareholders holding physical share certificates are requested to convert to CDC/Book-Entry form and may contact their broker, CDC participant or the Company's share registrar for guidance.
