CMES (Army) Pano Aqil Cantt Tender Notice — Repair & Maintenance Works (Oct 2026)

Issuer: Chief Military Engineer Services (CMES), Army, Pano Aqil Cantt. Applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms are invited for issuance of tenders under PPRA Rules 33(1) of 2004.

Key dates: Submit pre-qualification applications by 2026-10-14. Sealed tenders will be received until 2026-10-23 at 11:30 hrs and opened the same day at 12:00 hrs.

Eligibility and submission requirements: Contractors must submit applications for tender documents with credentials. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

Documents to submit: copy of enlistment letter; valid PEC certificate in the specific discipline/category; NTN with active filer status; professional tax certificate. Contractors not enlisted with MES must include a statement of previous experience listing works executed in the last two years and works in hand.

Other information: Contractors must declare they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and that no outstanding special report from D&RE (E-in-C's Branch) exists against them. Desirous contractors may attend tender opening. Accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender per PPRA rules.
