FESCO Invites e-Bids for 132kV Tower Foundations, Erection, Stringing and Transportation Works

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for multiple packages on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage–single envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 (amended). Work packages cover construction of tower foundations, erection & stringing, and transportation for 132 kV double-circuit transmission lines at specified locations.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and meet the stated specialization and turnover criteria.

- Bidders must be on active tax rolls (NTN/STRN) and furnish required bid security. Original bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must be submitted one day before the opening date.

- Bidding documents, detailed eligibility/qualification requirements, and bid submission procedures are available through FESCO e-procurement/e-bidding system as per the notice. Bidders must submit e-bids through the prescribed e-bidding portal and comply with the terms of WAPDA Composite Schedule of Rates (where applicable) and FESCO instructions.
