Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI) Islamabad — Tender Notice No. F2-5/2026-(III) for Procurement of Goods & Services FY 2026-27 (Extendable)

Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad. The institution invites e-bids for multiple re-tenders and prequalification for procurement of goods and services for FY 2026-27 (extendable).

How to apply and key instructions:

- Bidding documents, detailed specifications and terms are available on the e‑Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.

- Procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope. Least‑cost based selection/technique will be used for serial Nos. 1–4; prequalification under framework agreement for serial No. 5 in line with Public Procurement Rules and related regulations.

- Bid security must accompany bids in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Director, FGPC, as described in the bidding document.

- Bidders must upload copies of undertakings on judicial paper and the Pay Order/CDR on EPADS; original judicial papers and original Pay Order/CDR in the name of Executive Director, FGPC must be submitted as required before the scheduled bid opening.

- Registration on EPADS v2.0 and electronic submission is mandatory. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Registration and submission deadline: bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026‑10‑24 10:00 AM. E‑bids will be opened on 2026‑10‑24 at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.

- The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
