Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad invites e-bids for procurement of goods and services for FY 2026-27 (extendable). Bidding will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 under a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure. Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) will be used for Serial Nos. 1–4; prequalification under an open framework agreement will be used for Serial No. 5.

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0. Bid security must be submitted as Pay Order/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Director FGPC. Participants must upload undertakings on judicial paper and Pay Order/CDR with the bid on EPADS; original judicial papers and Pay Order/CDR must be submitted to the hospital before or on the scheduled bid opening.
Registration deadline on EPADS v2.0 and bid submission deadline: 2026-10-24 by 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on 2026-10-24 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
