PGMI Islamabad Prequalification Notice for Supply of Drugs/Medicines (FY 2026-27)

Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad invites prequalification applications (No. F.2-5/2026-A) from Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Units, Marketing Authorization Holders/Importers/Indenters (Sole Agents) and Authorized Distributors for the purchase/supply of drugs/medicines in bulk for the Financial Year 2026-27 (extendable).

Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold relevant licences/registrations issued by concerned authorities for the listed medicines.

Submission and procedure: Submission of prequalification documents through the E-PAK (EPADS V.1) system of PPRA is mandatory; documents not available on EPADS V.1 will not be considered. Proposals/bids will follow the Closed Framework Agreement under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Only prequalified firms/bidders will be invited for the Framework Agreement stage.
