Millat Tractors Limited — Postal Ballot for Ratification and Authorization of Subsidiary Transactions

Issuer: Millat Tractors Limited. Purpose: Postal ballot for Special Business to be considered at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 2026-10-27 at 12:00 A.M. at the company's Registered Office, 9 K.M. Sheikhupura Road, Shahdara, Lahore.

Shareholders are requested to complete the postal ballot paper to vote on Resolutions No. 5 and No. 6 concerning transactions with subsidiary/associated companies for the year ended June 30, 2026:

Resolution No. 5: To ratify and approve transactions conducted with subsidiary/associated companies for the year ended June 30, 2026, by passing the special resolution.

Resolution No. 6: To authorize the Chief Executive of the Company to approve transactions with subsidiary/associated companies for the year ending June 30, 2027, by passing the special resolution.

Voting and submission instructions: Shareholders/proxy holders must provide Folio/CDS Account number, name, registered address, number of shares, CNIC/Passport copy (where applicable) and authorized signatory details on the ballot. Indicate vote by ticking the relevant box (FOR or AGAINST). If both boxes are ticked, the ballot will be treated as "Rejected."

Return method and contact: Duly filled postal ballot papers should be sent to the Chairman of Millat Tractors Limited at 9 K.M. Sheikhupura Road, Shahdara, Lahore or emailed to [email protected]. Copies of CNIC/Passport must be enclosed where applicable; signatures must match CNIC/Passport.
