Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for disposal of redundant overhead transmission-line materials from multiple decommissioned lines. Bids are invited through the E-PADS v2.0 portal; earnest money/bid security as specified against each lot must be provided in original (CDR/Bank Guarantee) before bid closing.

How to apply: Submit e-bids via E-PADS (Portal v2.0) at http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/eplogin. E-bids will be received up to 2026-10-20 at 10:30 a.m. and will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same date. Earnest money must be submitted in original as CDR/Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan (valid for 120 days) in favour of the Chief Executive IESCO, Islamabad, before bid closing time.
Additional terms: Bids will be opened and evaluated by the Disposal Committee IESCO. Successful bidders must lift material within the stipulated time after issuance of release order (timeframes specified in bidding documents). Advance taxes (including 17% GST if applicable and withholding taxes) and other statutory deductions will apply as per rules. Only e-bids are acceptable; bidders must upload mandatory documentation as required in the bidding documents.
