Submission & procedure: E-bids invited via e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure; Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) for Sl. No. 1–4; prequalification under open framework of agreement for Sl. No. 5.
Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as described in bidding document in the form of Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Director, FGPC.
Documents & upload: Bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications available at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk (EPADS v2.0). Participant firms must upload undertakings on judicial paper and Pay Order/CDR on EPADS and submit original judicial papers and CDR to the Executive Director FGPC in the hospital office before or on the scheduled bid opening.
Registration & deadline: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-24 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on 2026-10-24 at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
