Indus Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Limited invites shareholders to vote on special resolutions through postal ballot ahead of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 2026-10-27. The meeting will be held at 04:00 PM at the Company premises in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. Shareholders may cast their vote for or against the listed special resolutions by submitting the duly completed postal ballot or by sending the completed ballot by email to the designated address.
