Proxy forms and any power of attorney or authority must be deposited at the Registered Office not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
- Members should submit a copy of their CNIC/NICOP if not already provided and notify any change of registered address immediately. Corporate representatives must present a certified Board resolution and CNIC with specimen signature.
