Tender: Supply of Match Boxes, Salt RR and Thread Ball — Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area (28 Oct 2026)

Deputy Director Supplies and Transport, Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified firms for provision of Match Boxes, Salt RR, and Thread Ball as per ASC specification for the year 2027.

Key conditions: Rates will be valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Firms must submit 1 sample of each item and deposit 5% earnest money/bid security (maximum rupees ten lac only for each item) in the shape of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with the quotation. Bidding documents can be collected from the address below from 0900 to 1500 hours on any working day for each item separately. The competent authority reserves the right to reject one or all tenders for technical or other reasons.

Submission and opening: Quotations must be received at Supply & Transport Branch, Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area by 1000 hours on 28 October 2026. Tenders will be opened at 1100 hours on the same day.
