Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) — Component II (Loan No. IDA-73330), invites Expressions of Interest (Individual Consultant Selection — open international competition) for selection of four (4) Individual Consultants for the International Panel of Experts (IPEs).

Interested consultants should submit an Expression of Interest stating the position and reference number, together with a detailed CV. A consultant may apply for more than one position but must submit a separate EOI and CV for each; selection will be through open competitive selection of individual consultants in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations.
