Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites bids for a three-year framework contract for the provision of medical facilities to WASA employees (Category-A). Bids are invited from professionally and financially sound hospitals/medical institutes registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with the Punjab Health Department and FBR (NTN).
The contract is structured as town-wise lots covering WASA Lahore’s town jurisdictions. Each lot has an estimated cost of PKR 50,000,000 with an e-bid security of PKR 1,000,000.

Key procurement notes:
- Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PP Rules-2014 and PPRA regulations.
- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold requisite Health Department and FBR registrations.
- Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened online; further details, required documents and bidding instructions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and relevant PPRA pages.
- Bidders must provide the specified e-bid security amount for each lot. The procuring agency may reject or accept bids under Punjab Procurement Rules.
