Pre-Bid Meeting: 2026-10-16 at 11:00 hours in the NHA Auditorium (Head Office), Islamabad.
Submission: e-Bids must be uploaded on the NHA e-Bidding portal. A hard copy must also reach the address below by 2026-10-26 until 14:00 hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours.
