E-Bids: Fabrication & Installation of Garbage Compactor Superstructure on ISUZU NPR71 – Rawalpindi Cantonment Board

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Military Lands & Cantonments Dept). The Board invites electronic bids through E-PADS V2.0 (Single Stage–Two Envelope) for fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Garbage Compactor Superstructure to be fitted on an ISUZU NPR71 truck chassis provided by the Board.

Submission and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS V2.0. Deadline for submission: 2026-10-27, Closing Time: 01:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. Procurement will follow Rule 36(b), Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must demonstrate relevant technical experience, financial capacity, workshop/fabrication facilities, after-sales/service support and meet qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Bid security: A fixed bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Pay Order in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal; the original CDR must be submitted as prescribed before financial bid opening.

Delivery & warranty: The complete fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning shall be completed within 45 days from issuance of the work order / handing over of the chassis. The successful bidder shall provide comprehensive warranty and after-sales support as specified in the bidding documents.

Documents & clarifications: Bidding documents and submission are through the PPRA / E-PADS V2.0 portal. Any clarifications may be sought from Rawalpindi Cantonment Board during office hours. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33, PPRA Rules.
