Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (Mega Projects) Division-I, C&W Department Peshawar invites electronic bids through the ePADS system under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for rehabilitation works at the Paraplegic Center (Hayatabad), Peshawar.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with KP PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and enlisted with the C&W Department may participate. The firm must have adequate financial resources, relevant experience, personnel, required equipment and meet other requirements as included in the bidding documents.
How to apply: Bidding documents, criteria and instructions for bidders are available and downloadable from the official ePADS website before the submission time/deadline. Bidders must submit electronic bids on ePADS; original Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) for bid security and stamp duty as required must be delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer Mega Projects Division-I, Peshawar C&W Department prior to technical opening. The date and time for opening of the financial bid will be announced after approval of the Technical Evaluation Committee/Competent Authority.
Other requirements: The bidding process follows KPPRA rules. Bid security, stamp duty and other conditions as stated in the bidding documents apply. Technical evaluation reports will be uploaded on the C&W website and ePADS. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
