Issuer: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC). Purpose: Request for sealed bids for procurement of civil works under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP), financed by the World Bank (Loan No. IBRD-92670).
PRMSC invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the following civil works packages (Priority Villages Pilot Phase‑I, Part‑b). Bidding will be conducted using Request for Bids (RFB) procedures in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.

How to participate: Eligible bidders may obtain further information and the bidding documents from the Office of the Employer at the address below during office hours. A pre‑bid meeting and site visits are provided as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the address of the Employer by the deadline stated in the bidding documents. Late bids will be rejected.
