DUHS Tender Notice — Construction & Solar System Installation at Ojha Campus (Bid Deadline 2026-10-31)

Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from registered firms for construction and renewable energy works at Ojha Campus, Karachi.

Method of procurement: Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Rule 46(1) of SPPRA, 2010 (amended). E-bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available on the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority EPADS portal (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/) and the University website (https://duhs.edu.pk).

Tender fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) by Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.

Bid security and performance security: As specified in the bidding documents. Tender fee (non-refundable) and bid security (refundable) shall be submitted in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi and delivered to the Facilitator / Coordinator, Procurement Committee.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS before closing time 2026-10-31 at 10:00 Hrs. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-10-31 at 11:00 Hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted.
