The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) Project Implementation Unit (PIU) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible individual consultants for four international positions under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) — Component II: Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services (Loan/Grant IDA-73330), funded by the World Bank.

| 3. ICT / Software & Data Integration Expert — PK-PMD-562912-CS-INDV | Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline. | 15 years in software engineering and data integration, including real-time data acquisition, CDMS and WIS2 platforms. |

Interested consultants should submit an Expression of Interest stating the position and reference number along with a detailed CV. A consultant may apply for more than one position but must submit a separate EOI and CV for each position applied for. Selection will follow the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (November 2020).
Submission deadline: 2026-10-26, 16:00 Pakistan Standard Time. EOIs may be submitted by email or in hard copy to the address below.
