National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad invites electronic bids via EPADS for the construction of a Student Hostel and a Faculty Hostel under PSDP projects for establishment of the NUTECH campus. Bid securities are PKR 5,000,000 for the Student Hostel and PKR 2,500,000 for the Faculty Hostel. Eligible bidders must be PEC-registered construction firms in the relevant categories and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.
Submit bids online on EPADS by 4 August 2026, 11:00 hours; technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:45 hours. Original bid security (pay order/demand draft in favour of "Development Project Security Account") must be delivered to the Project Management Office, NUTECH, Main IJP Road, Sector I-12, Islamabad by 11:00 hours on 4 August 2026.
