National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has admitted a tariff modification petition filed by Punjab Power Development Company Limited for the 7.64 MW Marala Hydropower Project and will hold a public hearing.

The petitioner’s requested modifications include:

| v | Indexation of fixed and variable O&M components with respect to foreign/local origin (indexation mechanism referenced in petition). |
| vi | Reduction of operational insurance cap from 1.35% to 0.8% of EPC cost and treatment of withholding tax and water use charge as pass‑through items or excluded from tariff effective date. |
