E-Tender for Furnishing 5 Faculty Hostels at KFUET Rahim Yar Khan

Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUET), Rahim Yar Khan invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms/contractors for furnishing works on an item-rate basis under the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with relevant PPRA rules.

Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement website. Bidders must submit bid security/earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost via the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement payment procedure by generating a Payment Slip ID (PSID) and depositing payment through the prescribed online payment channel/1Link; proof of successful payment (PSID) must be uploaded with the e-bid. Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of the bid amount will be required within 15 days after issuance of letter as per contract and relevant Rules.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. After submission, contractors may attend the office of the Director Planning & Development, KFUET, Rahim Yar Khan on 2026-10-26 at 09:30 AM where bids will be retrieved and opening/announcement will take place.

Other conditions: Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT/BOQ entry and fully complete financial schedules; incomplete or blank BOQs will be declared non-responsive. Submission of false information or forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting and may be reported to PPRA/PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35.
