KFUEIT E-Tender: Furnishing Five Faculty Hostels at Rahim Yar Khan

Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan invites e-tenders from engineering firms/contractors on item rate basis through the PPRA e-Tendering System and Punjab e-Procure portal for furnishing works at the university.

Key instructions: Contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes may participate. Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procure website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and submit bids via the PPRA e-Procurement System. Bid security (earnest money) of 5% of the estimated/bid cost must be deposited through the prescribed online payment channel (PSID/1-Link) before the closing time and proof of payment uploaded with the bid. A Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of the bid amount will be required per contract agreement and finance rules within 15 days of issuance of the letter to the successful bidder.

Bidders may attend the office of the Director, Planning & Development, KFUEIT, Rahim Yar Khan on 2026-10-26 at 09:30 AM, where bids will be retrieved and opening/award information announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Submissions and compliance will follow PPRA rules and circulars; submission of false information/documents may lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
