The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), through the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) – Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD in Pakistan (MHSP) (Credit No: IDA-73330) invites sealed proposals from eligible service providers for the establishment of media studios and related capacity building.
