Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Project Implementation Unit (PIU) — Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) / Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD in Pakistan (MHSP).
PMD invites sealed proposals from eligible service providers for the establishment of three (3) regional media studios including studio fit-out, equipment supply and commissioning, capacity building of 15 PMD staff, pilot productions, documentaries and knowledge transfer. The assignment duration is twelve (12) months.

Proposals will be evaluated on combined technical (70%) and financial (30%) criteria. Late proposals will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the substantially responsive, qualified Service Provider obtaining the highest combined score.
