E-Auction: Installation & Operation of Branding Gantries — Rawalpindi Cantonment (5-year)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Military Lands & Cantonments Dept.). Purpose: E-auction for advertisement rights to install, operate and maintain branding gantries on Class-C land for a period of five (05) years through EPADS Version 2.0.

How to participate: All bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.

Key dates and times: E-auction remains open until 2026-10-29 at 02:00 PM; bids will be opened/evaluated online on the same day at 03:30 PM.

Financial terms and security: A Bid Security (Call Deposit Receipt/Pay Order/Bank Draft) of Rs. 440,000/- in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board is required. The original bid security instrument must reach the office of the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board before the bid closing date and time. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the annual auction amount immediately after acceptance. The contract fee shall be quoted on an annual basis and will increase by 10% on a compounding basis for subsequent years of the five-year contract.

Other conditions: The contract period is five (05) years. After approval of the bid, the first monthly installment must be deposited within seven (07) days. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to cancel the contract or impose conditions as per rules; income tax and other government taxes will apply.
