The petitioner requests the following modifications to the tariff determination:

| Tariff structure | Change from Take-or-Pay to Take-and-Pay with must‑run status; hydrological risk to remain with the seller; excess generation to be compensated at 10% of tariff |
| O&M indexation | Include fixed and variable O&M components in tariff and index them annually with respect to CPI only |
