PQ documents, PQ Notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.
Submission deadline: Submit PQ proposals on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-23 by 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 03:30 PM. Proposals received by any mode other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered. If the last date is a declared public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
