Tender Notice: Sale of Standing Timber — Neelum Forest Circle (2026-27)

Neelum Circle, Forest Department invites sealed tenders for the sale of standing timber from various compartments/lots for the 2026-27 season. Interested parties are requested to submit bids in prescribed sealed envelopes to the Neelum Circle office.

Submission deadline: 2026-07-26 by 14:00. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-26 at 14:30 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents, lot particulars, and the schedule of earnest money and tender fees are available from the circle office as listed in the notice. Each lot will require the specified earnest money and tender fee as shown in the published particulars.

Bidders must follow the terms and conditions stated in the tender documents, present required credentials, and submit bids before the stated closing time. The Conservator (Neelum Circle) will accept or reject bids as per applicable rules.
