The Project Management Unit, Balochistan Education Support Project (Government of Balochistan), funded by the World Bank under the Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services in Balochistan (GRADES‑B) Project (P507512), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms to provide technical support to strengthen Early Childhood Education (ECE) Continuous Professional Development.

| Selection Method | Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations. |

| Submission | EOIs must be delivered in writing to the Project Management Unit address during office hours (09:00–17:00) by 13:00 hours on the closing date or submitted by e‑mail by the deadline. Electronic submission by e‑mail is permitted to the address provided by the PMU. |
