HAZECO IFB – Carriage, Tower Foundations, Erection and Stringing Works (Tender PD(GSC)/HAZECO/NCB-01/2026-27)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids for carriage of tower poles and stringing material (including earth wire) from Jalld warehouse to site store, construction of RCC and pile foundations for towers, hill cutting, erection of towers and stringing of Lynx conductor for crossing over 2 nos. 11 kV feeders (Jalkot and Komla). The works include related WAPDA deposit work and are for the Project Director, GSC, 66 kV Grid Station, Murree Road, Abbottabad.

Eligibility and bidding requirements include: tender no. PD(GSC)/HAZECO/NCB-01/2026-27; submission by e-bid; bidder must be an active taxpayer with FBR and KPRA, have successfully completed at least two similar contracts in the last five years, and submit audited financial statements for the last two years certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). A bid security of 2% of the estimated project cost must be submitted as an original CDR. Conditional bids are not allowed. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject all e-bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
