DEMP Pre-Qualification for Printing Presses FY 2026-27 — Islamabad

The Directorate of Electronic Media & Publications (DEMP), B.F. Building, Zero Point, Islamabad, invites reputed printing presses and firms (Rawalpindi and Lahore-based) for pre-qualification to provide printing services for FY 2026-27. Applicants must have NTN/STRN, Sales Tax registration, and a vendor number on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

E-bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk on or before 30 July 2026, 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. The original bid security must be submitted to DEM Building, Room No. 18, Block-1, 2nd Floor, Zero Point, Islamabad.
