National Highway Authority (NHA) invites Expressions of Interest for appointment of Advertising Agencies on its panel to handle publicity assignments for a period of two years.
Eligible agencies are those enlisted with the Press Information Department (PID), especially agencies dealing with government clients and having a functional office in Islamabad (agencies currently suspended or blacklisted are excluded). Agencies must submit hard-copy profiles, portfolios, designs and artwork covering Print (classified & display), Electronic (TV & Radio), Social Media, Digital Media, Outdoor Advertising and Event Management (groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies, etc.). Submitted artwork should align with NHA thematic areas.
