Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department E-Tender: Construction of Office Complex & Residences at Shami Road, Peshawar

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites e-tenders under the Single Stage Two Envelope System (Rule 14(2)(b) KPPRA Rules 2014) from KPRA-registered contractors/firms enlisted with PEC and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with required specialized codes for the year 2025-26.

Key terms and application instructions:

- Bidders must register and submit bids through the ePADS e-procurement portal. Technical bids will be opened publicly at Forest Complex, Shami Road, Peshawar on the advertised opening date and time. Documents of bidders found technically qualified will have their financial envelopes opened thereafter.

- Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% and any additional security as per KPPRA rules must be submitted. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 payable to the account of "Deputy Chief Conservator of Forest Peshawar" is required; the deposit slip must accompany the bid.

- Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized firm representative. All applicable federal/provincial duties/taxes, including KPRA Taxes, will be recoverable as per directives. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
