CDA E-Bids: Landscaping / Horticulture Works at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Environment Directorate (East).

The CDA invites electronic bids (Single Stage - One Envelope) under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 for landscaping and horticulture works on Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above (Project Code CE-10 etc.) for the year 2026-27 and must register on EPADSv2.0 to participate.

Bid security must be furnished as a Pay Order and bidders must also submit a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents, terms and conditions, and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADSv2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federaliprocurements. Electronic bids must be submitted and will be opened via EPADSv2.0; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bid opening will be held publicly at the office of Director Environment (East), Environment Directorate, CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified in terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; notification is available on the procuring agency's website and the Authority's website.
