Procurement procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope through EPDAs v2.0. Total estimated cost PKR 7,000,000 (Position-wise: PKR 3,000,000 and PKR 4,000,000). Bid validity: 90 days. Bid security: 1% monetary bid security; or submission of prescribed Bid Securing Declaration through EPDAs v2.0.
Evaluation: QCBS with Technical 80% and Financial 20%. No interview. Contract period: Twelve (12) months (365 days).
Key dates and submission: Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-13 at 11:00 hours at the Ministry of Railways, Islamabad. Deadline for bid submission is 2026-10-23 at 10:00 hours; proposals will be opened on 2026-10-23 at 10:30 hours.
