Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan Tender for Office Furniture, IT & Electrical Equipment — Closing 2026-10-24

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Rahim Yar Khan, invites e-bids from bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of office furniture, IT equipment and electrical appliances. Submission is through the Punjab e-procurement portal; bid security must be deposited via 1LINK/Online Banking and payment proof submitted with bidding documents.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited via 1LINK/Online Banking before the bid submission deadline; payment proof/receipt must be attached with bid documents.

- Upon issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI), the successful bidder shall deposit Performance Security equivalent to 5% of the total contract value as per PPRA Rules, 2014.

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Income Tax/Sales Tax Registration Certificates and other documents specified in the e-bidding documents must accompany the technical bid. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.

- Bidders should provide bank statements for the preceding three (03) years and an audited report for the preceding one (01) year certified by a Chartered Accountant.

- Tendering process shall follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure). Technical samples/brochures, etc., if required, shall be mandatory and subject to evaluation.

- Late bids will not be accepted; bids shall remain valid until the close of the Financial Year (30-06-2027).
