Tender: Construction of Pharaho Dam at Pir Koh Area, Upper Dera Bugti

Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Dera Bugti invites sealed electronic bids for the construction/execution of Pharaho Dam at Pir Koh area, District Upper Dera Bugti, under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligibility and key requirements:

• Firm must be on Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Registration with relevant authorities required. Bidders must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity — aggregate turnover shown for three preceding years of at least PKR 278,606,965 (as specified).
• Minimum similar-work experience: one contract in the last 3 years with value not less than 60% of the project cost (as specified).
• Procurement Procedure: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope. Bids to be submitted electronically via the BPPRA e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted in the prescribed form.
