Issuer: Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Punjab, Lahore. Purpose: Framework contract for procurement of assistive devices for persons with disabilities under ADP scheme “Provision of Wheelchairs, Prosthetics, Hearing Aids and other such Assistive Devices to PWDS Phase‑II” for financial years 2026‑27 & 2027‑28.
Eligible bidders: Firms/companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Bidding documents are available on Punjab e‑Procurement (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website; documents may also be obtained from the office of the Director (Planning & Evaluation), Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Punjab at 41 Empress Road, Lahore on submission of a written application.
Bid security: 2% of total estimated cost for each lot, to be submitted electronically via Punjab e‑Procurement system as prescribed. Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure will apply (Rule 38(2)(a), Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014). Electronic submission only at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
