A leading group involved in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects and diversified hospitality and retail portfolios is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the Group’s financial strategy, governance and performance.

| Education & Professional Qualification | CA (Chartered Accountant) mandatory. Candidates from Big Four accounting firms preferred. Additional qualification in finance, business, investment, or management is an advantage. |
| Experience | 20+ years progressive experience in finance and accounting with substantial senior leadership experience. Minimum 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role. Experience with multiple large-scale mixed-use projects is strongly preferred. |
| Key Responsibilities | Provide strategic financial leadership across a diversified portfolio; ensure strong financial controls, sustainable growth and value creation; lead financial strategy, governance, corporate finance, treasury, investment evaluation, and stakeholder management. |
| Stakeholder Interaction | Work effectively with Boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions, and external auditors. |
