Mandatory Eligibility / Documents
Applicants must submit documentary proof of the following:
- Income Tax returns filed for the last 3 years.
- Audit report / bank statement showing average turnover of Rs. 20 million for the last 3 years.
- Details of equipment, machinery and transport owned by the firm/contractor with supporting documents.
- Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category C-5 & above and specialized codes (CE-10, EE-11(i), EE-11(ii), EE-11(iii), EE-11(iv), ME-07 where applicable).
- Company certification ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2016.
- Affidavit on original stamp paper affirming the firm has never been blacklisted and is not involved in litigation with any government or semi-government/autonomous body.
- List and documentary proof of similar projects executed in the last 3 years, including at least 3 solar system projects costing not less than Rs. 20 million each (work orders and completion certificates).
- Valid registration with tax authorities (Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board) and proof of Active Tax Payer status.
- Valid registered license from Electrical Inspector for electrical works.
- One original set of bid documents and BOQ duly signed and stamped by the contractor must be submitted at the time of tender opening.
