Issuer: Executive Engineer, Highways Division Rajanpur (Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle D.G. Khan).
Purpose: E-tenders invited for three road development / reconstruction packages under the Sugarcane Cess Development Programme 2026-27 for District Rajanpur. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA website may participate. Bid Security equal to 0.5% of the estimated cost must be paid online via the e-Procurement system (link with BOP). Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount will be submitted by the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of award. No physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, draft, cashier’s cheque etc.) or manual/physical bid submission will be accepted.
