PRCS Punjab Invitation for Bids — 200 Dialysis Machines and Compatible RO Water Purification System

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), Punjab Provincial Branch, Lahore invites bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of 200 brand‑new dialysis machines and a compatible RO water purification system on a single integrated package basis.

Scope of procurement includes supply, installation, testing, calibration and commissioning of brand‑new dialysis machines; supply and installation of a compatible high‑capacity RO water purification system conforming to international water quality standards; complete RO looping and plumbing from the RO room to the dialysis ward for 200 machines as per specifications; on‑site training of medical and technical staff after installation within two weeks; supply of filter media and technical assistance for 2.5 years; and a comprehensive warranty period with free preventive/corrective maintenance and spare parts as specified.

Tender documents containing technical specifications and evaluation criteria may be obtained from the Procurement Department, PRCS Punjab, Lahore during office hours against a non‑refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 payable to Pakistan Red Crescent Society Punjab. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes. Partial and conditional bids will not be accepted.
