Notice under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017: The Board of Directors of Ittefaq Iron Industries Ltd has fixed the number of directors to be elected at seven under Section 159(1). Notices of intention to offer themselves for election as Directors of the Company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) have been filed, and because the number of persons offering themselves for election is not more than the number of directors fixed by the Board, the following seven persons shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors of the Company at the forthcoming AGM.
